It seamlessly interfaces with mobile host devices via high-speed USB-C and low-latency Bluetooth Low Energy 5.3, turning smartphones, rugged tablets, and embedded field kits into precision scanning terminals.

RF Architecture & Edge Intelligence
Equipped with an advanced Impinj Indy-based RF core and Bantu proprietary dynamic carrier cancellation circuitry, the NestRead A7 achieves read rates exceeding 750 tags per second. The onboard 32-bit ARM Cortex-M4 microcontroller executes real-time RSSI filtering, EPC deduplication, and preliminary cryptographic validation right at the edge. Operating across global 865-928 MHz UHF bands, it supports standard EPCglobal Gen2 (ISO 18000-6C) protocols with adjustable transmission output ranging from 5 dBm up to 30 dBm (1W EIRP) for granular near-field precision or expansive 8-meter far-field coverage.
