Overview & RF Architecture
The Bantu GT-E3722 is a high-performance passive UHF RFID label engineered for precision asset tracking, supply chain logistics, and automated inventory management. Operating within the global 860-960 MHz band, the transponder utilizes a high-sensitivity passive IC paired with an aluminum-etched antenna (AL 10um) on a durable PET dielectric foundation, ensuring reliable read and write performance across high-density reading zones.

Substrate & Surface Finish
Designed with a premium printable copperplate paper top layer, the GT-E3722 accommodates direct thermal transfer printing, crisp barcode generation, human-readable text, and serialization. The multi-layer laminate construction couples mechanical flexibility with high-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive, ensuring durable adhesion to corrugated surfaces, polymers, timber, and standard enterprise packaging.

Environmental Durability & ESD Protection
Engineered to withstand rigorous transit environments, this tag features weatherproof and moisture-resistant construction with chip-level anti-static (ESD) protection up to 2000V. It operates reliably within extreme industrial thermal envelopes ranging from -40°C to +70°C and maintains structural integrity across variable humidity levels from 20% to 90% RH.

Antenna Design & Performance
The 44 x 18 mm form factor houses a precision-etched 10-micron aluminum radiating element optimized for broadband impedance matching. This layout yields consistent antenna gain, superior polarization tolerance, and exceptional backscatter efficiency, making it well-suited for high-speed portal scanners, conveyor tunnels, and handheld enterprise inventory readers.

Logistics & Industrial Applications
Ideal for scalable automatic identification and data capture (AIDC) workflows, the GT-E3722 delivers automated verification for warehouse logistics, freight routing, manufacturing work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and retail distribution systems.

FAQ

RFID Tag Uses?

RFID tags are typically used to uniquely identify the item to which they are attached or embedded.

The common denominator of all RFID tag use cases are:
Improved inventory speed and accuracy
No human error
Optimized logistics workflow of handling an item
Contactless payment
Access control

What is the Distance/Range of RFID Tags?

RFID reading distance depends on several factors including:
Size of the tag’s antenna
Tag chip
Tags orientation in the reader field
